I guess I have a conflict of interest - I'm hoping that there will be a resounding vote showing that most people like to choose their own font-family and text-alignment, and that this will influence publishers to let that happen.

A little off topic: I've found that books created with calibre take away my ability to choose font-family so that I'm stuck with Times New Roman. I've also discovered that if I comment out all reference to font-family in the stylesheet I can again choose my preferred font with my Cybook when reading ePub formatted books. And my preferred font is not Times New Roman.
