Ah, Laura. Just said hello to you in another thread. So hello again. Always great to see a fellow Scot here. A couple of wee tips for you:

*The Sony hardware is first class, its library software isn't. You'd be doing yourself a favour by downloading the free (or dontate-if-you-like-it) Calibre library software many of us here swear by. It was developed by activde MR member Kovid Goyal. Simple but with some superb features and very, very flexible.

*Also, don't rely on anything but a proper AC wall-plug charger if you want a trouble-free reader. The battery level meters on the Sony machines are notoriously over-optimistic.
