I don't know that Penguin is hostile towards ebooks. They put out a lot more of them, including backlist stuff, than some of the other publishers. They do have a very SET idea on what ebooks should sell for, but that doesn't necessarily make them hostile. If I was going to pick one big pub that give off the hostile vibe it's usually MacMillan.

Since Borders 'store' is powered by Kobo (IIRC) and Kobo lists these books with the author info I'd guess its a snafu on the Borders side, but who knows.


Regardless of who's 'at fault' it makes for a crappy shopping experience.
