I think this is an excellent idea. I hope you'll be able to allow respondents to add a comment or explanation to their replies, rather than letting them just tick a box. For example, in the question on justification, my answer would be "It depends on ...."

I also agree with the others that you need to show font samples, rather than identifying fonts only by name. Ideally, it would be a multi-line sample of real text, not just the name of the font rendered in the font in question. But I'm not sure if Survey Monkey let you do that sort of thing.
