I have just tried to log on - directly through netsuite by linking from an old support email - and eventually got a message saying my account had been deactivated. I suspect it's connected with the current state of play with IREX.
EDIT: You could try PMing them through the IREX Forum - go to member list and click on website link to find out who works for IREX.
