The Pocketbook 360 would have been my suggestion as well. I also have a Mac, and the combination (with calibre to organize the books) works perfectly. It does all the things you want, and it is pretty as well (I think
), also very practical with the lid that can be just slid on to protect the screen when you are not reading - while you are reading it is clipped onto the back of the reader.
