Well in the release version I have fixed a problem with downloading books from SmashWords. Otherwise, it's just stability fixes of various minor kinds.
To be honest though, transitioning from beta 3 shouldn't be a problem. You could always try the install and see ... (and if you make a copy of your \program files\freda\settings2 folder, you can go back if necessary).
