I've liked the looks of the nook ever since it came out - the only feature I wish they'd implement is have the color covers on the bottom screen for stuff you sideload, instead of only for BN content. I hear you can get it to do that by softrooting it, but you can also turn it into a very expensive paperweight that way, so I'm not sure I want to chance it.

The Nook is great if all you do on your reader is read, but one major caveat: if you like to underline and take notes, the Nook is a pain; and there's no way to export those notes and underlined passages to your PC or Mac. Navigation is better now than it used to be, but it still can't compare with a Sony Touch or a Kindle. It is the prettiest of the three, though.
