Couldn't agree more, Kenny. The title's from a line in Robert Burns' masterpiece, 'Tae a Moose*: (from memory) 'The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men gang aft agley, and' leave us nought but grief an' pain for promised joy.' The poem -- written in Lallands Scots dialect but with an English translation -- is well worth a read, too. Very best. Neil
