? was me wondering, why does your office need the exercise in traveling before getting installed, but i guess you have posted somewhere, that you are going to travel to new mexico.

btw, if the system still won't work (the SP1 install and the office i mean) and you know someone good at such things, you could use TeamViewer - very nifty little program allowing remote computing; the person on the other side will "be you" , seeing your desktop, files, moving your mouse, etc. Yeah, it is as if he/she sits in front the pc, so don't use it, unless you really trust the person on the other side.
