So, I usually convert my books to AZW3 before loading them onto my Kindle. In the device settings, I can see that there is an option to generate page numbers, and options for "pagebreak" style...

The name before the pipe must be the exact same as the name given by Shelfari. Also, my book has soft hyphens, so I used the raw output to clean that up....

Okay, I've figured it out. The collections were stored on the cloud for some reason, so I had to select "Cloud" to see them. Kind of stupid, in my opinion... but whatever. I got it fixed.
