It is kind of tough in my case because the device does not turn on or off anymore. The only feedback I can get is that the blue light will come on for about 5 seconds...

Wondering if someone can help me. I synced my Touch via WiFi and it froze while updating. The top banner reads "Downloading software 83%" but is totally frozen otherwise.
