I have four of them and none appear to have 'shaking fonts' in direct sunlight. They actually work very well in direct sun. Was very happy with it for two weeks...

my jetBook does epub+others, very durable feeling, easy to read screen, supports folders. It will fit in the pocket of my cargo shorts! Look at newegg. I like the screen better than my GF's kindle....
