edit book can't open book
I have gotten the following error on several books when I try to edit them. If i open the book in sigil, then save it, I can edit it then.

can't add ebook
I have several ebooks that I can't add. Marvin gives me an error about the books either having errors or having DRM. They open fine in calibre and in shubooks.
There isn't any DRM.

bat for 64 bit
I modified it a little to use the 64 bit calibre and 64 bit curl and to install using the MSI file. You need to change the paths for your computer.
It seemed to work for me.
