Thanks for that ... I will try & work round it - I've just realised I can fiddle quite a lot with the colour columns in preference so I might try there,...

This is a truly remarkable program and I love the fact that I can experiment with bits of it.
Currently I am trying to set up a system for ranking books according to my own idiosyncratic criteria....

I've seen that others have had this problem but the solution wasn't shown :(
