too many open tabs?

When l open the browser (silk) l get a message that there are too many tabs open. Have cleared history and cache. I find tabs open l know l haven't touched for days ... any ideas?

From what l can gather, the Fire screen is made of something fairly new and super-strong. This is my very first touchscreen device (gasp!) and l can't get my head around the idea of a barrier over...

what "account" do l use to sign into android market?

It's not obvious to me. :blink:

I tried my google login and the kindle device address (@kindle.com), but kept getting the message that there was no "android phone" associated with the account.

removing/uninstalling preloaded apps

I guess the apparent new ability to remove facebook, imdb, etc. from the carousel is the best l can hope for?

I get that many preloaded apps are needed, not looking to blow them away...
