Combining ePubs?

I found all 7 books of the Foundation series as ePubs. I would like to combine them into one file. Is there any way to do that without having to edit the html in the files?

Hi,
I haven't seen the need to softroot my nook yet but maybe it is time. Is there anything in the softroot (web browser maybe?) that will let you read txt files? Support for that kind of thing...
