Windows and ADE not recognizing device
DavidFor, this "weird experience" is exactly what happened to me! I had put a call in to KOBO HELP and the representative gave me via email "a fix" so that my KOBO and laptop would sync, so to speak....

neOrmatrix, Where did you check for the Windows update, and did you have to contact Microsoft, or KOBO for assistance? Neither Windows or ADE are recognizing my device (Kobo Glo). I really need some...
