Impressed with service
I gave my original Kobo to my niece and today, while helping her do an update and set up her laptop for it, the laptop ran out of power and the update failed and we couldn't get the kobo to turn on....

KOBO - problem solved
I had screen problems with the KOBO I bought my son and after advising customer support - was advised to send it back. I did so earlier this week via courier in the package provided to me by KOBO....

I must say I don't care for any of the cases. That said though, I mostly use my reader at home and if I travel with it - I have a quilted bag to carry it in. I will most likely get a gelskin picture...
