I did the factory reset and that did no good....

I did the factory reset and that did no good. Then I downloaded the 1.0.1 update and installed that. That also has not fixed the problem. Next stop is tech support.

I tested the theory by using the n button to unlock to no avail. The screen still stays black. I'm going to see if there's a factory reset and see if that does any good. I'll update when I have news.

I find that it works best to convert the txt to rtf rather than working with the txt. If you don't need a toc, I actually think the rtf is just about the best looking file on the 505, as is.
