Just got this email today. The website is better, but very similar. I, too, dislike the new name. It seemingly has nothing to do with books and is just more pointless web 2.0 gibberish.

Thanks for the info, Etienne.
How annoying, though. By $150 worth of books I imagine they actually mean $0 worth of classics available free from Project Gutenberg/Feedbook/etc. :smack:
A luxury...

Gizmodo seems to like the "complex" software more than Engadget. It sounds like you can navigate entirely with the rocker (does this mean it acts as a push button, too?), which would be a good...

This is pretty exciting. I was quite sure I would get a PRS-900, but now I'll have to check these both out in person first. The lack of note taking is very unfortunate, especially if this device is...

I'm waiting for the PRS-900. I'm a Manga fan and will be reading a good amount of it on there.

I brought a memory stick with some Manga in different formats to my local store that carried the 505...

I agree, tamzilla. For a site whose slogan (at least when you open the iPhone app) is "Find Your Next Great Read," they sure make it hard to find things. The best way to find something is to...

Geeze, I must have been totally zoned out or something. The fact is, I did read it, but somehow missed the important bits. I mean, you mentioned 2008 in the first point you made. :smack:

I'm not sure where you and the OP are coming from. Calibre can transfer ADE eBooks to a Sony reader, can't it? I know it can transfer LRX (DRM'd BBeB files) eBook just fine. And it has worked on a...

Funny, just yesterday I talked to Sony's support about the Daily edition and we both referred to it as the PRS-2121. PRS-900 does make more sense.
