Just an update.
My old good jailbroken PW2 jumped to 5.12.1, installed latest hotfix, MRPI, KUAL 2.7, koreader - all good!

1. Downgrader from 5.4.5 to 5.4.3.2
2. Installed latest JB (that included latest MKK) from Hachs repo
3. Copied latest KUAL, KOreader...

Hm, didn't try that. But once I installed the update and tried to launch kual, it told that I don't have jailbreak so I went through JB + All-in-one KUAL prerequisites, flashed those two and all good...
