Hey all, I think I found the problem with the images. There were invisible files that matched the image names that stopped working. Once I deleted those the images were working fine.

I'm running into the same issue. All of the items in my screensavers folder were the same ones that were working in a previous version of the SS hack. Now It only works once and then stops working......

My root survived the 5.6.5 update, but somehow they snuck in past the backdoor lock that I had set...

Am I doing something wrong to lock the OTA updates that Amazon keeps slipping past the lock?

I mostly jailbreak my PW2 for the screensaver hack and it drives me nuts when I see the default screensavers. haha

Unfortunately I was able to survive the automatic upgrade in the past, but this time it doesn't seem to work by copying the files over again. :/

It looks like it downloaded and installed the latest update from Kindle thus removing my jailbreak. When I re-jailbroke it the problem was fixed.
