Kobo Globe & Mail subscription

Does that mean that the regular customer service is sub-par? Will they treat their customers better when people contact the executive care?

Tried to get the Globe and Mail this morning and again it was a no-go. It's 7 p.m. and I still can't get my Globe after updating.
