New electrical items do come already charged to some extent. My Aura One did too, so I was able to set it up - as I was gagging to see it working :D After doing the account stuff I then unplugged it...

There has been a Window 10 Update in the past 10 days that has caused problems (KB4013429) other than with ereaders - Microsoft has now issued another update in the hopes that it would fix the issues...
