I've noticed the indexing is a bit faster and the battery life is an hour or two longer. It's basically just a few minor fixes.

Unfortunately, that doesn't set back the firmware...

Unfortunately, that doesn't set back the firmware version. It just removes all the books and changed settings from your kindle.
