Memory wiped when battery runs flat
 

Hi - I was hoping for some advice. My mother bought a PRS-600 last year but it seems to wipe itself clean of the books I have loaded on every time it runs out of power.

I own a PRS-550 which doesn't have this problem, but I thought I'd better check before taking it back.
