Removing header syntax.

Hello. In some of the documents I'm trying to convert, there is a header with a string of:

file:///F|/rah/New%20Folder/File%Name.txt | (1 of 106) [1/14/03 11:54:50 PM] |

After a little work with the Remove header, I got it down to this:
| (1 of 106) [1/14/03 11:54:50 PM] |

What would be a syntax to type to remove everything between the |?
