English-Romanian dictionary

Also, another Stardict formatted, English-Romanian dictionary of 36.000 words, 1200 proper nouns and 20.000 phrases.

Merging the above dictionary with a "light" version of WordNet 3.0, I've created an English-Romanian&English dictionary.
