Superscript and Subscript
 

I know it's early days, but it would be really nice to have the option of superscripts and subscripts available in the 'Book View' window.

I know you can do it in the split and HTML windows, but it is a pain typing in the HTML when compared to highlighting a character and choosing super or sub.

In a similar vein, a drop-down menu for special characters would be very nice.
