Calibre doesn't start

Just installed latest version on Windows 7/x64. It doesn't start, giving me the error:
Bad database location:C:\Users\slothrop\Calibre Library

Is there a workaround?

Assuming this is the correct location.
put double quotes around the whole path. There is a SPACE in the name.
It is better to use the underscore between words" Calibre_Library
