My Next post will be #1000

I want it to be appropriate for the occasion.

What should I say in my 1000th post?

Why not go for something original? Like maybe.. well, something like....

"This is my 1,000th post!"

*** You could also pass out the matching currency....:D ***

 That's a grand idea!

A lot of pressure on a 1,000th post - it'll be on the Internet for ever.

We await your composition with interest. :inquisiti

But you are STILL a special number... 1010:)

You have two choices: either you post something intelligent, which can easily come back to your face as any wise-a** will make himself a duty of proving on that special occasion that you are not that bright (not that I'm saying you are not bright, just saying there's always someone somewhere to burst a bubble); either you post something really funny and witty, in the spirit of the majority of the posts you already made, something we will all remember and that will generate the lounge to start a new thread in the honor of that post, new thread that will be filled with thousands of new funny and witty replies since your thousand post will stimulate all MR member that reads it to be a better, brighter and sillier human being.

Pressure enough for you? You're welcome :D

Congrats for your future life changing 1000 post!

Congratulations Donnagedden on you're upcoming 1,000th post.

I suggest you sit, stare at the MobileRead Forums main page, refresh the screen about every 2 seconds, capture the screen shot of the stats when they reach that magic 500,000 posts and post the screen shot as your 1,000th post.

There are only about 350 post left to go.

You could then make some witty comment like "I contributed .002% of that total and every post was a gem".

WDE. :)

You should write a 1000 page novel in Sanskrit about F.I.N.

It will sell billions, and become the Prime Religious E-Text of the Geddonites.

Trust me. Your millennium starts....NOW!

Yours through time,
Adrian (I have a doctorship in futuricity)

Well, I am certainly glad that is out of the way!

You were right Verencat, it was far too much pressure. i will start working on my 2000th post right now.

Verencat 06-28-2009 07:41 PM

Mmm so you chose to follow the path of nothingness...very deep reflexion behind this choice, I am in awe. ;)

edit: Suddenly even more in awe: it really is perfect!
