New Icon for Calibre
 

I was playing around today with my desktop and changed all the icons to something that matches (see attached pic). I also, through the course of it, had to make a few new icons as well.

I created one for Calibre to go along with the 'Blob' icon set. It's probably not what everyone would like, but it may be of some use to some people.
