I've just realised that mtravellerh has also uploaded this book.
I wouldn't have bothered with the conversion had I noticed his version. However, we've made some different formatting choices.
His version has straight quotations and spaces between emdashes. Mine has curly quotations and no spaces between dashes.

I do prefer emdashes between spaces. I find that no spaces look somewhat not entirely right for me and stop my reading flow (that is entirely personal, I know)
