Add Calibre in the MS Store?
 

Hi,
I wanted to propose if it would be possible to add Calibre into the MS store now that they changed the rules?

It would be way better since it would update the software rather than downloading it every time.

It would be a cleaner solution than use a script imho.
Also you need to know about it's existence (thing that I didn't know till now)

I'm afraid I am really not enamored of app stores, I avoid them like the plague. Not to mention that it would be a whole lot of work converting the calibre installer to a format the app store accepts, work I am not keen to do.

That's no longer the case, MSIX is no longer required. I may be oversimplifying but basically any Win32 installer can now be added to the store.

But guess what... Expect the store to still download the entire app.
