A short story.
A young woman, Grace Mavis is sent by her uncaring mother from the USA to England on the cruise liner, the Patagonia, in order to marry her slow-witted fiancé, whom she has not seen for seven years.
Is there any way that she can escape the marriage, which she is dreading?
