Victor L Whitechurch (1868-1933) was one of many British authors in the detective story boom of the 20s and 30s. This is the only one of his books I have seen in digital format.
Templeton, a reasonably well-heeled explorer, sails a small yacht into a little fishing village on the English south coast, intending to visit a relative, and also to meet someone for an unclear purpose. He is found stabbed to death in his yacht. |
