At Sydney's infamous Artists' Ball, in the roaring 20s, gunfire erupts. Behind it is a growing battle between members of the city's cocaine trade.

Two as yet unidentified enemies are closing in: the mysterious "Little Grey Woman", and the even more mysterious "White Falcon". And from another direction comes Inspector Knox, and his motley coalition of investigators, including Det. Sgt Houson, on loan from Scotland Yard.

A lively action novel inspired by the real, and scandalous, Artists' Balls of the era. I created the cover, which incorporates a detail from a genuine Artists' Ball poster from 1924.
