Where to get Templates?
 

Its seems to me that most of the e-reader/tablet type devices are the same size (10.3" Screens) I've picked up an Onyx Note Pro for note taking but I wondered if there are any recommendations on good sites or places to find templates?

There appear to be scant few included (compared to something like the Remarkable) but I thought there must be sites out there somewhere!
