Automatic convert Index of Words

Hello. My book is a glossary in .docx format and it has one of those word Indexes (list of words) in its last pages. In PDF the words listed are clickable and take the reader to the exact page where this word is mentioned in the book.

question: does Calibre can keep this Index of words clickable and functional after converting the .docx to ePub?
