please help me and introduce some software

There is no one-click way. You will need to work on the result and fix things.

I have found nothing that comes even close to Finereader. But it still needs work after the ocr.

If you have Word 2016 try opening the PDF in it. It can be surprisingly good with some PDFs, perhaps it's those created by professional documenters with Word.

Have a read of this thread ==>> Converting from PDF

The more relevant posts are towards the back half of the thread.

Good luck - BR

10,000 books? Then I'll tell you right now, you're never--never--going to find a one-click option. My own company has converted 4,000 books--over the last 10 years. Of those, about 30-40% are "from PDF," and there is NO easy or fast way to do it. No automated way. No simple or batch-processing way.

I don't know who came up with the project you find yourself in, but--they're screwing with you, because ANYONE in the business knows, there's no simple way to do this.

If you agreed to undertake this project, without knowing that...well...you've gotten yourself into a huge mess.

Like others said as well, forget about it. Not only is PDF one of the worst of formats to start from that will require a lot of manual work, it also seems that the books you are describing are probably better off as PDF. Tables are a pain in ePUB, especially due to the reflowing and font size changing characteristics. You could consider a fixed-format ePUB, but that opens up some whole different can of worms.

In short, don't do it. Also, why is this actually needed? What can't you do with the PDF what you can do in ePUB? These kind of books will not benefit from a reader and will probably need a tablet of computer anyway and reading PDF is fine on that. If the problem is searching, then the PDF was created in a wrong way and OCR is your only option. Then you can always use FineReader to OCR the PDF and save it as a PDF but now with the ability to search in the text.

You don't seem to be understanding what people here are telling you. There is no easy way. In my business we do it ALL BY HAND. Every last bit of it. We use Abbyy and OCR. And yes, it takes a lot of time for an output file. Do you really think that if there was a faster, easier way, we wouldn't do that???? Of course we would. No "save as Word," no magic buttons. I wish that there was a fast way. There is no fast way.

Sorry, what do you mean when you say, "for example the health care handbook and i confuse who convert and edit it ." What are you saying or asking there?

ETA: We formatted the Health Care Handbook, that's why it's in our non-fiction Gallery. But that was a very, very expensive book to format. VERY.

Well, I'm sorry to tell you, someone sold you a bill of goods. That means, someone told you an idea that could work--but not without a lot of work. There's no magic or fast way to convert thousands of documents into ePUB, period. You asked us, "how can I create these book without any problem to word or directly to e-pub," and the answer is, you CANNOT.

I'm sorry. But that's the real answer.

Let me get this straight. You’ve bought a PDF book and the legal right to resell it in ePub format? Is that correct?
