This is a book by Jeff Garrity, jgarrity hereabouts, released under a Creative Common license, converted from the HTML available at his marsgirl.us website.

The HTML was cleaned up a little, and a table of contents and cover added.

I haven't read it yet myself, so I can't comment on the story. There's already an LRF version, uploaded a few days ago by Madam Broshkina.
