Best eBook reader for iPad with Calibre?

Hi,

since iBooks is no longer syncing with iTunes. I am looking for a good eBook reader. I know about Marvin and KyBook. Not really used either of them.

What are your suggestions and which syncs the library best with Calibre and how?
