Hi

I've testplugin v.0.14. on ArchLinux.

Code:

plugin.xml is invalid or cannot be installed on your operating system

So I checked with testplugin (I have nearly ten plugins already installed and working).

Spoiler:

Statut :success

There is a part wth bk items which is reported to "work False". Is this the reason?

You need to always run the testplugin from an empty start-up of Sigil (not with an epub already loaded. This is explained here:

https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=267539

See point 2 of instructions for using testplugin.

That warning has nothing to do with XML compliance. The extension of the file in question just happens to be .xml.

Now, what exactly is "the relink plugin" ? I'm seeing no Sigil plugin with a name like that.
Never mind, I found it. It needs to be added to the index apparently.

It's not configured to work on your platform (Linux if I recall correctly). The creator hasn't specified it in his plugin thread/description, but the plugin is configured to only install on Windows and OSX. So the error message is appropriate: "cannot be installed on your operating system."

OK. I'll do better.

Using Sigil's default empty epub, those testplugin failures will go away and testplugin should pass all tests.
