This work is meant to explore the realm and its magic, in case such a broad overview is ever needed

Naturally, the book is going to stay free. Hopefully this will help generate interest in my upcoming works. Also, I wanted to point out that the third tale, "Crossroads", is in fact novella length. I loved uncle Salim and Percy so the story kept going.

"Pathseeker" is a half-forgotten myth scholars have mostly discarded. If even partly true, it would mark the first human to discover magic, and hint at a remarkably sad existence.

"Whispers of Insanity" speaks of a terrible man called Krulov Gregorovitch and the times he spent spreading terror through a prison in Jerr. He tells his servant of how he gained his psionic powers.

Crossroads is the story of three friends who learn independence.

"Worth" is the story of a young girl who seeks to discover the worth of the human life and souls. She wishes to know what makes one man's soul better than others.

"Survival" is the story of a happy couple and how much they are willing to sacrifice for one another.
