Voyage - books won't show up unless I restart

I have a Voyage, latest firmware, and this problem has started happening last few weeks - whenever I add a book via USB/Calibre (AZW3 format), I have to restart my Voyage before it'll show up.

Up until a few weeks ago I never had this issue, and I've always used the Calibre/USB method and AZW3

I'd try a Factory Reset. Please note that this will remove all of the ebooks currently on your Kindle.

Is the kindle Jailbroken or anything? That could make a difference too. In which case, we have to get the users/authors of that sort of thing in to answer the question.
