How to Sync reading position with Android for NONE Kobo Books
 

Well, title says most of it.
Can someone explain to me (in easy to follw steps)
if there is a way to sync my reading position of Books i did NOT purchase from Kobo but loaded on my reader via Calibre as epub?

I mostly read with my Kobo Glo, but i don't allways want to take it with me, so it would be nice to sync my reading positions with Android.

I guess if at all it is possible via Calibre, so i need that for sure (i already use it for all my Books)
And i saw the Calibre Companion App for Android, so maybe i could use that too?
Currently my Calibre Library is stored inside my Onedrive, i don't know if thats of any help, can move it to GDrive, too.

I really hope there is a way to do that and an mostly automatic way would be awesome ;)

If the stock readers can't, you might add KOReader, it can progress sync between devices running KOReader. I have done so between my Kobo and my Android tablet. It can be installed on Kindles, Kobos, Pocketbook, and some Androids.

well that is sad, because KoReader does not seem to work on my phone. all i get if i try to start the app is a black screen
