Edith Nesbit Bland, English author and poet, published approximately 40 books for children under the name of E. Nesbit. Her innovative body of work combined realistic, contemporary children in real-world settings with magical objects and adventures; and influenced many subsequent fantasy writers.

A glossary has been added, annotating some terms no longer in general use, or in use primarily in the UK. Embedded fonts for titling, etc. (hope you like my custom font for dragon decorations). Images are mid-resolution. And the cover is very... green.

I just uploaded version 2. It has a new set of illustrations, with 25 additional illustrations from the original magazine publications in The Strand Magazine in 1899. I have also expanded the glossary, corrected some typo's, and tweaked formatting a bit.
