Various: King James Version of The Bible. 1.1 11 December 2008

This version of the KJV Bible contains a cover image from the original 1611 printing, and a hierarchical table of contents, allowing swift access to book/chapter level.

The 1.0.1 version is the same as 1.0 except for a new cover that displays better on the Bookeen CyBook.

The 1.1 version adds in the dedication to King James, and fixes a few typos and linking problems, identified through a close comparison with the recent ePUB version.

Revised version

This new version has a better cover image, and has sized the cover image to display better on the Bookeen CyBook Gen 3.

I compared the text with the HTML from the recently uploaded ePub version.

* Added in the Dedication text from the ePub version.
* Found and fixed a few minor typos.
* Fixed a problem with the chapter headings and table of contents links for the books of Jonah and Micah.
* Fixed a missing chapter link for Genesis chapter 25.
* Changed version number to 1.1
