Page numbers in ePub?
I have my new Aura all set up with calibre and life is good...except for one thing. The ePubs I have side-loaded have the page counts for the whole book on the bottom (# out of whole book), which is good, but they also have the page numbers on the right side of the page. I'm sure they correspond with the pages of the book (the first page of the chapter is always on the top right, and the rest are on the right side, wherever the new page would start in the book).
I would love to remove these numbers--is there a calibre setting I have skipped? I never saw this when I side-loaded ePubs on my Sony. Mary |
It's a setting on the reader itself. Go into Reading Settings and then look for the section "ADOBE EPUBS" and ensure that the box for "Show page numbers in the margins" is NOT ticked.

Thanks so much! A much easier fix than I anticipated!
